1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1 The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the Buyer accepts the Goods, under the terms set out in this Agreement.

1.3 The Seller guarantees that the Goods are not pledged, are not the subject of a dispute, are not under arrest, and are free of any third-party rights.

1.4 The Seller and the Buyer confirm that this Agreement is not a sham or fictitious transaction, nor a transaction concluded under duress or deception.

2. PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTING THE OFFER TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT

2.1 The Buyer accepts the offer to enter into this Agreement by placing an Order for Goods on the online store under the terms specified in this Agreement.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

3.1 The Buyer independently selects Goods on the website and adds the selected Goods to the "Cart" by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

3.2 After clicking "Proceed to Checkout," the Buyer fills out the Order form, specifying their first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment method, delivery method, and other data required for the Seller to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.

3.3 By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Agreement and confirms that they have received comprehensive information about the Goods, their main characteristics, price, delivery cost, and delivery terms.

3.4 The Buyer has the right to place an Order by sending an email to the address listed on the Site.

3.5 An Order is considered placed after completing the actions provided for in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of this Agreement and clicking the "Confirm Order" button, or by performing the action provided for in clause 4.4 of this Agreement.

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND CONFIRMATION

4.1. The period for the Seller to process and confirm an Order is up to 2 (two) business days from the moment it is placed. If the Seller requires additional time to process and confirm the Order, such a period is agreed upon with the Buyer separately.

4.2. The Seller confirms the Order by sending an email to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order, specifying the main characteristics of the Goods, the Order number assigned by the Seller, the price of the Goods, their quantity, the delivery cost, information on the delivery time for the ordered Goods (if the Buyer has ordered delivery), as well as a link to this Agreement.

4.3. If a confirmed Order cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the ordered Goods, the Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer, but no later than 30 (thirty) days from the moment the Order was placed.

5. SITE REGISTRATION

5.1. Registration on the Site is done in the "My Account" section.

5.2. Registration on the Site is not required to place an Order.

5.3. When registering on the Site, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and true information about themselves and their contact details, so the Seller can fulfill its obligations to the Buyer and deliver the Goods.

5.4. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified during registration.

5.5. The Buyer bears full responsibility for keeping the login and password used during registration on the Site safe and secure.

5.6. The Buyer is solely responsible for all actions carried out on their behalf, i.e., using their login and password.
