Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Only new, unworn items may be returned, provided that: the item retains its original condition; there are no signs of wear or staining; all tags remain attached; the original individual packaging is intact. Items made to a custom order cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The customer is also responsible for any bank transfer fees. To speed up the exchange/return process, we recommend sending us your tracking number once you've shipped the parcel. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned parcel.
