Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
International orders are shipped via EMS Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta Global. Delivery typically takes 3 to 21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and value of your order and your delivery destination.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities, unless duties and taxes are explicitly stated as prepaid (DDP).
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
7. Shipping Address
